In episode 78 of Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek Arjun, aired on 19th May 2013, ETF investigates the murder of KK Madhu sees Diwakar with a dagger near her husband, KK's dead body and informs the police. During investigation, Diwakar informs the ETF that he is a private detective and he was spying on Madhu.

On August 11 2012, Star Plus Launched “Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek –
Arjun” as a weekly crime fiction show on 8 PM and our weekend nights were changed.
In the first episode we got introduced to a very dapper looking Emergency Task Force ETF headed by ACP Sameer Damsingh Rathore along with his team members Riya Mukherjee
as Research Specialist, Shreekant Sen
as Technical Expert & Chotu as Commando.
The crime scene was of a guy hanging off the bridge brutally murdered and the high profile kidnapping of a former crime officer’s daughter. The guy was identified as her boyfriend. The camaderie between shree and chotu was evident and riya as a new entrant into the team. Also Rathore was strict boss and a hands on leader.
On hearing that case was entrusted to Rathore the former officer said he wanted ACP Arjun on the case to commissioner. The entry of ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte with his glares and the dialogue “majha nadala lagu naka” will be forever etched into fans hearts. He disregarded rules and taught the MLA a lesson who tried first to molest a girl and later bribe Arjun and tat famous “Samjhe ya Samjhau” . When he was told to work on case with ETF Rathore objected and sparks of a past surfaced. Finally Arjun was made part on condition Rathore was head and he would not interfere unduly.
Who can forget the introduction of Acp Arjun and Riya where mistaking him to be criminal she tackled him. The action scenes were awesome and Arjun on his own reached same place as ETF team. The action scenes were simply outta this world for an IndianTV show. It was like a movie having all.
And thus the emergence of ETF in their journey of solving crimes into our lives on weekends. Many cases were solved and Acp Arjun also became respected in ETF inspite of undercurrents between Rathore and Rawte.
We got used to the 11 baje wali of chotu , shree speaking at wrong time and getting scolded by both RR and hygiene obsessed Riya reciting statistics . Finally there was a love track Ariya with Riya first forming soft corner for Arjun and at the end falling in love with him. Arjun too rested his usually rough demeanor with her with time.
Then came a shock on 21st October episode which ended with Rita swallowing bacteria thus endangering her life to save the nation. Finally all hopes were dashed in the subsequent episode on 27th October when Arjun told her he knew she loved him and she left us. The whole team was shattered and were in tears. Actual reason being Sana Khan playing riya had to leave because of health reasons. She is fondly remembered by all arjunians.
Next few episodes saw her being awarded the award for her sacrifice and the ETF team without her go about their duties. Then Nadiya made a dramatic entry on 22nd December in the drug racket case. Actually she was Ayesha reportedly cast as Rathore’s female interest in the show. She also had altercations with Arjun in beginning. Ayesha was also no less when it came to action scenes and equal to the ETF boys. Rathore and Ayesha chemistry began to be called “Raesha” by fans.
Then the next member to join ETF was Liza’s entry as forensic expert on 2nd March and we saw few hilarious scenes between her and shree. She called shree specky sen and fans began seeing their chemistry as “Shriza”. She and ayesha became good friends.
Now everyone looked forward to see who would play love interest of Arjun and thus Sakshi made an entry as a Reporter on 6th April. As usual again Arjun and sakshi did not initially strike a rapport. Slowly we saw some chemistry between them and fans named them “Arakshi”. Sakshi was the only member of ETF team who actually did not directly investigate but was brought to show the ETF as positive in eyes of public. But slowly her questioning Arjun and few inputs endeared her to fans.
Arjun Etf Episode 111
Arjun Suraksha Chakra was started on 15th June as part of after episode tips useful to viewers of the show and added to the allure of the show. It covered many aspects like safety, gas leak, first aid , etc It was first of its kind in any Star plus show.
Arjun’s past held a strange fascination what had made him such a loner angry young man whose soft side only surfaced before kids. And finally few glimpses of past with his wife roshni were revealed on 23rd June and also his and rathore as best friends. We saw Arjun in uniform first time and that love at first sight meeting with Roshni at the doorstep.
31st August the black cat murderer case was last we saw Acp Sameer Rathore till the penultimate episode on popular demand on 23rd February. All fans were saddened to see him go.
7th December was the black day when we saw Acp Arjun confess to Sakshi that ETF is my family and he had to watch helpless as he lost his family once again the ETF team blown to smithereens. The emotional outrage of fans on social media was a sight to see. New guy named karan aka Robin Hooda was introduced.
Arjun Etf Episode 25
On December 14th we saw a revamped Arjun who joined hands with Karan to fight for justice and destroy criminals. Arjun got a new style as well with jackets and shoes. Not the formal various shaded shirts we saw before.
The new team comprised of Anjali aka Einstein a child genius acting as tech expert and her bonding with Arjun brought a smile to our faces. Simran added glamour to the team. Till 23rd February they also solved many cases usually freeing those wrongly accused in the cases. The final episode saw Arjuna receiving a call from Rathore and Rathore handing him Sikander’s file and extending his hand towards Arjun and hug left goosebumps . Arjun then returning to city left a hope in fans that the story will be completed soon in next season.
There were many incomplete love stories but the one basic was of Arjun and his wife Roshni “Arni” where sikander had killed Roshni and hence Arjun the cop had become single minded in his quest for justice and become a loner.
