There are a boat load of '+% to physical damage with bows' passives, and some spells that convert physical into an element (in this case, burning arrow to fire damage). My question being, do the passives that increase physical damage apply BEFORE being converted into fire? Example: I do 100 base physical damage, and have a +10% to physical passive, giving 110 physical damage. Hrimsorrow for 25% of Physical Damage Converted to Cold Damage = You now have 75% Fire / 25% Cold Cold to Fire Gem for 50% of Cold Damage Converted to Fire Damage which will Converted 12.5% (50% of that 25% Cold) and Avatar of Fire will Converted the other 12.5%.

Poe Physical Damage Build

I'm experiencing a weird situation where some of my skills deal physical damage while they should be completely converted to elemental.
I'm playing Chieftain with Ngamahu, Flame's Advance and The Stormwall resulting in 50% global physical to each element conversion.
Leap Slam should have 50%/150%=33.(3)% of it's physical damage converted to each element resulting in no physical damage dealt but it's displayed as dealing physical damage
Infernal blow should convert 60%+40%*50%/150%=73.(3)% to fire and 40%*50%/150%=13.(3)% to cold and lightning, resulting in no physical damage dealt but it's displayed as dealing physical damage.
Wave of Conviction should convert 25%+50%*50%/150%=41.(6)% to fire, 50%*50%/150%=16.(6)% to cold and 25%+50%*50%/150%=41.(6)% to lightning resulting in no physical damage dealt and is displayed correctly
I conducted a small test to check if it's a display only issue. I used Leap Slam supported by Poison Support to get chance to poison. I have no chaos damage sources in my build (as you can see on the screenshots). When I use the skill I'm able to poison enemies which means it actually deals physical damage as only physical and chaos can poison.
